This company,a subsidiary of a public listed company, is a forward looking organization specializing in business travel support services. They have been in the business of providing quality chauffeured limousine services and hire-and drive car rental for over three decades in Malaysia. Currently they are looking for accounting qualified candidates to become part of the Finance team to manage the full functions of accounting and finance of the organization at Bandar Bukit Jalil in the outskirts of Kuala Lumpur.
The job role
This role is full time permanent position within the Finance Department.
The incumbent will support the day-to-day accounting functions in the Finance Department. Main responsibilities will be to manage full set of accounts and preparation of financial and management reporting.
Key duties:
·Production of month end management accounts including P&L,balance sheet and cash flow forecasting.
·Management of accruals,prepayments,depreciation and petty cash month journals.
·Reconciliation of monthly key ledger balance sheet and profit and loss accounts.
·Maintain accounting records and database.
Requirements
·Malaysians male or female.
·Minimum qualification: Bachelor degree in Accountancy or professional qualification or finalist.
·3-5 years of accounting experience.
·Proficient in spoken and written English plus conversant in BM and Mandarin.
