Consolidation Accountant-Property

•Position title: Consolidation Accountant.
•Position type:Permanent;Full-time.
•Salary: RM 7000-8000.
•Location: Petaling Jaya (5-day week), Selangor.

Our client is a well respected,highly successful property development company. They enjoy a well earned reputation for construction excellent and innovation in the property sector. 
Due to the continued construction projects come on steam, they are now seeking an experienced and suitably qualified Accounting professional to oversee the team and be responsible for the preparation of consolidation of accounts for the property division.
Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, responsibilities in the position include:
·Overseeing and reviewing of preparation of full set of accounting functions
·Preparation of consolidation of accounts of property development activities.
·Monthly inter company reconciliations, balance sheet and reporting.
·Preparation of monthly project reports for management.
·Cash flow management and Bank reconciliations.
·Monthly cost analysis and job costing management.
The candidate
The successful candidate will need to be a suitably qualified and experience Accountant. Previous job costing experience is useful and a background within property development and/or construction will be highly regarded. It is necessary to possess a strong consolidation methodology. 
In addition, applicants will need to have excellent communication skills with proficiency in English and conversant in BM and Mandarin.
