Chrisjac are currently recruiting for a Sales Support Administrator to join a forward looking organization specialized in car/vehicle hire/leasing based at Bandar Bukit Jalil.

This company, a subsidiary of a Public Listed Company, is a forward looking organization specializing in car/vehicle rental and business support services. They are the leading motor vehicle rental company since 1985,operating through 5 branches throughout Malaysia with more than 400 vehicles/trucks.
About the job role
The role is primarily office based where the incumbent will be responsible for providing administrative support role to the overall business operations and sales activities, ensuring that business objectives are achieved through a seamless sales process.. The role is challenging as you will handle a variety of responsibilities ranging from generating documents to attending to customers requests. The job would suite a matured outgoing person who enjoys a highly diverse work environment, can easily handle a wide range of customers and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
·Work closely with Sales Accounts team and provide necessary administrative support.
·
Process customer orders and follow up quotations and renewals and to agreed timescales.
·Deal with payments,checking stock and ordering and deliveries.
·Seek to add value by providing advice on vehicle choice or alternatives.
·Accurate data entry and Sales Order processing.
·Deal and respond to customer inquiries regarding company's vehicle hire/leasing services. 
Job Requirements: candidate profile & attributes
The successful ideal candidate should demonstrate and fulfill the following criteria/requirements:
·Malaysian female age below 45. Matured and self-motivated.
·Possess minimum a Diploma qualification in business related discipline or any other disciplines.
·Strong verbal and written communication skills; must be proficient in English,BM and Mandarin; Mandarin speaking ability is necessary to interact/liaise with China business clients in Malaysia.
·Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office and internet applications.
·Have flexible approach to work and be able to work well on own initiative.
