They are on the look out for a dynamic Internal Sales Administration Support role officer to support and complement the outside business development team to join their team at head office business operations office at Kelana Jaya.
About the role
This position is not outdoor sales job but office based. The role offers a unique blend of customer service and back office support. Working with a portfolio of clients, you will also demonstrate the ability to provide strong customer service and sales support by quoting new business opportunities.
A sound understanding of forwarding operations is essential. The role includes the following:
·Managing a portfolio of accounts end to end.
·Coordinating relevant documentation and shipping orders.  
·Provide rates and quote for internal and external sea freight services.
Candidate profile
·Malaysian female in age group 25-35.
·Energetic, self motivated with a desire to secure new business.
·Possess minimum a Diploma qualification in any discipline.
·2-4 years' experience in freight forwarding Customs service role.
·Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
·Good IT skills, proficiency in Word, Excel and internet connectivity skills.
