Finance Manager

•Position title:Finance Manager.

Chrisjac Recruitment is assisting a direct selling company to seek for an accounting professional to assume the role of Finance Manager.The role is full time permanent position and will be based at the company's corporate head office at Petaling Jaya.
The Finance Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing the overall financial management, reporting and compliance functions within the organization. 
Key Responsibilities
·Manage the full spectrum of finance functions for the Malaysian business,including GL,AR/AP,treasury,payroll and taxation.
·Prepare accurate and timely monthly and annual financial reports for the management review.
·Conduct detailed variance analysis,KPI reporting.
·Oversee cash flow management,and treasury operations.
·Ensure full compliance with Malaysian statutory,tax and audit requirements.
·Lead audit preparation and ensure timely completion of annual audits.
·Work closely with warehouse and operations teams to maintain accurate stock and inventory control.
·Participate in or lead finance-related projects,system enhancements and business improvement initiatives.
Qualification & Experience
·Malaysian female age below 45.
·Bachelor degree in Accounting or professional qualification ACCA.
·Minimum 8-10 years of accounting experience,with at least 3 years in managerial capacity.
·Experience in MLM,retail or FMCG industry preferred.
·Excellent oral and written communication skills in English; tri or multi lingual ability will definitely an advantage)
