Human Resource Executive

•Position Title: Human Resource Executive.
•Position type: Permanent; Full-time.
•Salary: RM 3000-4000.
•Location: Mid Valley City (5-day week), Kuala Lumpur.

The hiring company
This is a well established public listed company with its corporate office located at Mid Valley City. Currently they are seeking to engage a well balanced HR professional candidate to be part of their team for the group. This position of HR Executive will be based at their corporate head office at Mid Valley City. Their working hours: 8.30am-5.30 pm Monday-Friday.
The job
Reporting to and work closely with the Group HR Manager, this role encompasses all employee levels within the organization. As the HR Executive, your main job duties will include day-to-day general HR administration, recruitment activities, induction training and development and payroll administration. 
You will also assist in administering and coordinating HR services, including developing policies and programs covering employment, compensation and benefits administration.
Responsible for the general spectrum of HR, including payroll, matters relating to staff discipline, grievances, domestic inquiries, staff compensation and welfare. 
Requirements
Malaysian with tertiary education qualification in HR Disciplines or Business Administration
At least 2-3 years in similar HR generalist role in previous employment.
Preferences will be female candidate in age group 25-35.
She must possess strong communication skills with multi-lingual (3-language) language ability and must be proficient with good command of in English (spoken & written).
Able to communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization.
