Finance Manager-Retail/FMCG

•Position title: Finance Manager.

•Salary: RM 8000-9000.
•Job location:Petaling Jaya (5-day week).
Chrisjac Recruitment is assisting a direct selling company to seek for an accounting qualified candidate with a strong track record in sales processing, accounts receivable/payable and credit control. The role is full time permanent position and will be based at the company's corporate head office at Petaling Jaya.
The job role
The finance Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the overall financial management,reporting and compliance functions of the company.
Key responsibilities
·Manage the full spectrum of finance functions for the Malaysian business operations,including general ledger,AR/AP,treasury,payroll and taxation.
·Prepare accurate and timely monthly and annual financial reports for management review.
·Conduct detailed variance analysis,KPI reporting and provide insights to support management decisions.
·Oversee cash flow management,and treasury operations to ensure financial sustainability.
·Ensure full compliance with Malaysian statutory,tax and audit requirements.
·Liaise with external auditors,tax agents,company secretary and legal advisors.
Requirements
·Malaysian, male or female age below 45.
·Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance or professional qualification ACCA.
·Minimum 5-8 years of accounting experience,with at least 3 years in managerial capacity.
·Experience in MLM,retail or FMCG industry preferred.
·Excellent oral and written communication skills (English, BM and Mandarin).
