Human Resource Executive

•Position Title: Human Resource Executive.
•Position type:Permanent;Full-time.
•Salary: RM 3500-4500.
•Location: Mid Valley City (5-day week),Kuala Lumpur.

This is a well established public listed company with its corporate office located at Mid Valley City. Currently they are actively seeking to engage a well balanced HR candidate to be part of their team for the group. The permanent position will be based at their corporate head office at Mid Valley City. The working hours: 8.30am-5.30 pm Monday-Friday.
Key functions of the role.
Reporting to and work closely with the Group HR Manager, you will be supporting the team in all areas of HR administration. Your role will encompass all employee levels within the organization. As the HR Executive, your main job duties will include day-to-day general HR administration, recruitment activities, induction training and development and payroll administration.  
Key job functions:
·Maintaining HR platform,ensuring employee details and files are inline with accredition requirements.
·Organization of all on-boarding activities,collection of required certification and preparation of employment letter and coordination of induction training activities.
·Managing smooth off-boarding,conducting exit interviews.
·Perform payroll administration.
·Assist in annual performance reviews and probation reviews. 
You will also assist in administering and coordinating HR services,including developing policies and programs covering employment,compensation and benefits administration.
Responsible for the general spectrum of HR functions, including payroll administration, matters relating to staff discipline,grievances, domestic inquiries, staff compensation and welfare.  
Requirements
We are looking for candidates with tertiary education qualification in HR disciplines or Business Administration and have at least 1-2 years in similar HR generalist role. In this instant, preferences will be Female candidate in age group 25-35.
She must possess outstanding communication skills, verbal and written in English plus proficient in BM and advantageous if also Mandarin.
To be successful in this role, you must be flexible and able to deal with all levels of people across the business.
