A manufacturing company located at Jalan Kapar, Klang is looking to hire a junior Warehouse Administration Clerk.
Job Responsibilities
Perform a variety of transactions and supportive duties in the shipping, receiving and transportation of products and materials.
Assist with preparing and distributing orders and paperwork to be pulled and prepared for shipment.
Assist with coordinating activities among transportation, customers and related companies in scheduling pick-ups and deliveries, confirming shipping.
Complete a variety of documents, forms and materials to initiate or complete the shipping, receiving or transportation process.
Prepare labels,descriptions and other documents for shipments, materials and products.
Perform various clerical duties such as entering data, sorting,copying and filing documents.
The person
Minimum SPM or Diploma qualification.
Some years of clerical duty experience.
PC skills: MS Office applications.
