This is a manufacturing company, specializing in production of high density polyethylene products and other specialized technical and engineering products. They are expanding their team and currently they are recruiting an junior Quality professional to be an integral part of their quality department in their production plant in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan.
This role will be pivotal in providing exceptional leadership to create and drive a high performing and positive team culture within the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities
As Quality Engineer, you will be a part of the quality team in the busy manufacturing facility and participate in a range of quality duties. You will have a hands on approach to quality control systems for processing materials into finished products. Your primary responsibilities will be taking a range of responsibilities from conducting internal audits to updating QC documentation. It is essential that you have the knowledge and experience in ISO with working experience in a laboratory environment.
Perform raw material quality control physical inspection of instrument and consumable parts.
Provide quality oversight for issues of significant scope and complexity across multiple functional groups in order to ensure adherence to ISO standards.
Manage and lead quality control team to complete all required tasks.
Responsible for the maintenance of quality control and standards.
Responsible for operational planning and implementation on improvement plans.
Routine testing of starting materials and finished products.
Analysing data and reporting results.
Perform physical and analytical testing, compliance checks against product specifications.
•Malaysian male or female.
•Possess Diploma or degree qualification in Engineering disciplines or Chemistry.
•Prior experience in carrying out manufacturing quality control activities would be ideal.
•A working knowledge of ISO management systems.
•Strong awareness of proponent of 'Best-Practice' quality standards.
•Proficient in English, BM.
•Willing to be based and work at Nilai area.
