Introduction
Chrisjac Recruitment are currently seeking an accounting qualified candidate to assume the position of Accounts & Administration Executive with a property management company in Mid Valley City. This company has extensive operations across property development, investment, funds management and property services/management of direct owned and third party managed assets.  This is a permanent position that would be based at their business operation corporate office at Mid Valley City, KL. This is an ideal role for someone looking for variety with previous experience within finance/accounting and administration activities.

About the job
The requirements of this role will be varied and include responsibilities spanning across accounting and office administrative processes. Report directly to the Group Finance Manager, you will be responsible mainly to manage the main finance and accounting functions and support the administration.
Key responsibilities include providing financial support to the property management team across a portfolio of properties to ensure timely accurate reporting, forecasting and analysis which will contribute to commercial decisions.
Responsible for to carry out and manage the accounting activities, including managing the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions, bank and balance sheet reconciliation.
Preparation and review the company's financial and management report, forecast and budget to meet regulatory requirements.
Plan and manage cash flow projections and all banking facilities to ensure efficient use of funds and adequacy of working capitals.
Handle company's accounts, tax filing,reporting and audit matters.
Analysis and closing monthly accounts.
Coordinate the property management activities for start up and renewable leases and contracts. 
Manage the day to day running of the office administration.

Job Requirements
Candidate(s) who wish to be considered for this position must have 3 or more years experience within bookkeeping/Accounting and have administration role. Previous experience in managing/maintaining full set of accounts is essential for this role. 
We are looking female candidate with qualification either a Bachelor degree graduate or ACCA/CIMA finalist or graduate,
Crucial to the role is a proactive nature, attention to details and ability to liaise well with team members. 
She must be multilingual with proficiency in English.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Accounting software.
