Role overview: Our client located at Kepong is seeking a contract HR Specialist for a 6-9 month project. The role, reporting to the GM of the organization, has a key responsibility for managing the compensation and benefits program,focusing on the termination and retrenchment.
·Formulate,execute and manage the retrenchment process.
·Responsible and lead the administration of compensation plans/project as assigned.
·Manage and advice on all employment relations matters and facilitating redundancy and retrenchment policy.
·Provide advice to line managers on performance management of redundancy executive and retrechment policy.
·Process all employee compensation schemes and terminations.
Candidate Skills and Experience
To be considered for this contract assignment job, candidate must have sufficient hands on experience in dealing matters relating to compensation and benefits, termination and retrenchment of employees.
·Candidate must possess minimum a Diploma qualification in HR Management.
·Ideally prior work experience in manufacturing environment.
· He/she must be well versed in Employment law in Malaysia. the Industrial Relations Act, SOCSO, EPF regulations.
·Strong communication and negotiation skills.
