Warehouse Logistics Assistant

•Position: Warehouse Logistics Assistant.
•Position type:Permanent;Full-time.
•Salary: RM 2500-3000.
•Location: Container Terminal 1,Off Jalan Tenggiri (North Port); West Port, Port Klang.

Chrisjac Recruitment is working in close collaboration with a third party logistic organization to seek application from experienced Warehouse/Logistics Staff to fill several vacant openings that have recently become available at West Port and North Port in Port Klang area. Our client is one of leading Freight Forwarding and Logistics businesses in Malaysia, providing 3PL warehouse facility located at Port Klang area.
Job Responsibilities
·Ensure the warehouse's logistics activities are completed in a timely and efficient manner to meet customers' logistics needs and provide a high level customer service.
·Provide leadership  to oversee and manage warehouse team in ensuring daily operation targets are met.
·Ensure customer orders are dispatched in accordance with the agreed service level agreement.
·Ensure accurate control of all inbound and outbound shipments, oversee inventory functions and ensure that all stock movements are processed in the WMS.
Key Requirements
·Malaysian,Male/Female.
·Possess minimum SPM or Diploma qualification.
·2-3 years' hands on experience in warehouse operation activities, preferably in third party logistics role.
·Experience in using WMS will be an advantage.
·Good communication and inter-personal skills.
·Must be proficient BM and English and advantageous if also able to speak Chinese/Mandarin.
·Proficient in MS Office application.
