This company is a market leader in the manufacturing and supply of plastic piping and accessories for construction industry. In Malaysia, their production plants are located in Klang area. Currently they are seeking a seasoned Marketing Manager who would work closely with Director and sales team to develop the marketing strategy and ultimately promote business growth.
Job Description
In this role, you will help to shape the future of the business and its products/brands by planning, developing and delivering the overall marketing strategy and activities, identifying new opportunities in the market and deliver a high level of customer engagement.  
The main focus is to attract new customers for a growing  product range while support the network of business partners with promotional activities. One pertinent point about this role is that this is a role which is operational as well as strategic,so successful candidate should expect to get their ‘hands dirty’
Primary role & Responsibilities
•Responsible for long-term strategic objective and strategic marketing development plan.
•Develop and overseeing the implementation of customer Marketing strategies.
•Develop product/brand awareness  campaigns through all available media.
•Conduct market research activities on product concepts to establish industry trends and customer profiles.
•Manage the marketing budget to ensure right returns. 
•Lead a team of marketing professionals in undertaking marketing activities.
The person
You should have tertiary qualification in Marketing or related field with over five years of marketing experience.
•Ideal candidate should be some one creative with ability to adopt new approach/method in marketing the company's products and services.
•Significant and extensive experience in a marketing role,preferably within a B2B environment in construction sector.
•Strong commercial acumen with a clear understanding of pricing and commercial policy.
•Capability to identify market trends, gather in-depth business intelligence and ability to predict market movement.
•Excellent communication and influencing skills.   
•You will be some one who can confidently lead a small team, with a proven track record as an outstanding people leader.
