Position: Sales Support Administrator.

This is a leading provider of integrated logistics operating out of Asia Pacific region, with a global reach. Their Import and export divisions are currently seeking dynamic Sales Support Administrator to provide administrative and analysis support the Sales Manager and business development team.
Job Description
This is not a sales role;there is no cold calling, and it is all customers' inbound queries and concerns on the logistics services.
As Sales Support Administrator, the main duties will be:
·Provide general administrative support to the Sales team.
·Process customer orders.
·Handling customer queries via telephone and Email.
·Liaise with Logistics department and agents to ensure timely deliveries and collection.
·Preparation and distribution of analytical sales pipeline and trade profile reports.
·Weekly reporting of sales.
·Liaison with customers.
Candidate
·Malaysian age below 40.
·Possess tertiary qualification in business or any other disciplines.
·Background in logistics/transport/freight forwarding would be highly advantageous.
·Multi-lingual ability; strong communication skills with proficiency in English and BM; fluent in Mandarin would be highly regarded.
·Hands on experience with MS Office applications.
