Our client is a group of companies with diverse businesses in general insurance, financial services and information technologies. Their General Insurance Division is currently actively in the process of recruiting a Business Development Executive for their insurance portfolio.
The job role
The role of Business Development is to develop and recruit new insurance agents and to develop the agency force. This role is also required to develop existing accounts to ensure growth of agency force. You will receive full support and backing of designated accounts handler and new business broking team to assist you in acquiring new business agents.
As Business Development Executive, you will also be responsible to undertake follow up administration role below:
·Update agents on the company's products, policies and incentives.
·Service agents and collect market feed backs to ensure growth and maintain continuous business.
·Ensure collection of premiums in compliance with credit control policy.
·Participate all marketing events.
The candidate
·Malaysian male/Female.
·Possess Diploma or degree in marketing/sales or Business Administration.
·At least one year experience in marketing role, ideally in insurance/banking industry.
·Good communication skills with proficiency in English and BM.
·Possess own vehicle and willing travel within the Klang Valley to service the agents.
