Assistant Accountant

•Position: Assistant Accountant.

This company, a subsidiary of a Public Listed Company, is a dynamic forward looking organization specializes in car/vehicle business travel support services, providing quality chauffeured limousine services and hire-and-drive car rental and leasing of vehicle for over three decades in Malaysia. They are the leading motor vehicle rental company in Malaysia, operating through 5 branches throughout Malaysia with more than 400 vehicles/trucks.
Currently they are looking for accounting qualified candidates to become part of the Finance team to manage the functions of accounting and finance of the organization at Bandar Bukit Jalil in the outskirts of Kuala Lumpur. 
The job role
This role is full time permanent position reporting to Finance Manager within the Finance Department.
The incumbent will undertake support in the day-to-day accounting functions in the Finance Department. Main responsibilities will be to manage the accounting functions and preparation of financial and management reporting.
Key duties:
·Production of month end management accounts including P&L, balance sheet and cash flow forecasting.
·Management of accruals, prepayments, depreciation and petty cash month journals.
·Reconciliation of monthly key ledger balance sheet and profit and loss accounts.
·Maintain accounting records and database.
Requirements: Candidate Profile and attributes
·Malaysians in age group 28-45.
·Minimum qualification: LCCI Diploma in Accounting or Bachelor degree or part qualified ACCA/CIMA.
·3-5 years of relevant work experience in managing accounting works.
