Our client is a well established plastic manufacturing company based at Batu 7, Jalan Kapar,Klang. They are currently recruiting an experienced Shipping Executive to manage their export and export activities.
Salary: RM 4000
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the overall export and export activities.
- Primarily responsible for all export activities.
- Your duties will involve:
- Liaise and coordinate shipments with freight forwarders and shipping lines.
- Arrange shipments according to requirements and liaise with internal departments to ensure shipments are being handled promptly and delivered in time.
- Prepare all shipping documents and apply necessary permits and Certificate from relevant authorities.
- Responsible to provide the shipping documents and shipping details to Customs.
The candidate
- Malaysian, male or female age 28-40.
- Minimum qualification: Diploma or degree in Business or Shipping Management.
- 3-5 years of shipping and logistics experience,both exports and imports.
- Well versed in Customs regulations and procedures.
- Good communication skills in English.
