•Salary: RM 2000-3000.
•Location: Telok Gong, Port Klang.
Our client is a scaffolding equipment company,providing a range of comprehensive scaffolding solutions and services to construction industry. They are currently seeking an enthusiastic team player who would manage the sales activities in Telok Gong, Port Klang area.
This opening is a junior Executive level office based role in which the incumbent will provide the necessary administrative support role to the sales activities.
This is not a field sales job but a office based position. Main roles and duties will be:
•Provide administrative support to the sales team/activities in managing day-to-day sales activities.
•Follow up on sales quotations and sales terms.
•Inputting and processing of sales orders.
•Attend to customer inquiries via the phone and E-mails
•Coordinate delivery of products.
•Manage general administrative duties.
•-Qualification: Minimum SPM or Diploma in any discipline.
•At least 2 years of sales supporting role is essential.
•Knowledge of manufacturing/assembly environment.
•Good communication skills with proficiency in English.
•Good level of numeracy and computer literacy.
