Senior Contracts Manager I Construction

Our client is a group of companies that are involved in integrated construction and niche lifestyle property development. Poised to expand and undertake larger scale construction and property management projects, they are currently seeking to appoint a qualified Senior Contracts Manager for their on-going projects in Johor.
Requirements
We are seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Manager to provide professional and effective contracts administration and assist their project teams in the delivery of large quality construction projects in Johor. Candidate for this role must possess thew following criteria:

• Bachelor degree in Quantity Surveying or Building.
• Minimum 8-10 years in pre and post contracts administration,planning, cost control and contractual matters.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001:2008 standard in the construction industry.

Responsibilities
This role is a full-timed salaried position. You will be joining a professional and successful company comprising of Director who takes a hands-on approach to manage their projects and a dedicated site supervisors.
As the senior Contracts Manager, your responsibilities will be:

• Responsible and oversee tendering,contracting and sub-contracting activities.
• Undertake all tendering activities,including review of tender requirements and scope of works. preparation of cost estimates,development of conceptual schedule,determination of available resources,sourcing of sub-contractors.
• Draft and prepare and administer contract documents. 
• Manage contracting and legal matters with clients and/or sub-contractors.
