Currently they are seeking a career driven senior sales professional with the aim to further drive business through the next phase of expansion in the business of manufacturing of these products.
Key role and responsibility
In this role, you will assist in opening up new business frontier and opportunities in providing manufacturing services in FMCG. your role will concentrate heavily on seeking new business opportunity for the company in the cosmetics, beauty and personal care and household products industry. In the final analysis, you will assist in the development of new trade promotion plans to achieve sales and revenue for the company.
You will be responsible to undertake seeking business opportunity to engage third parties in securing manufacturing services for these FMCG products.
A critical part of your responsibility will involve providing strategic input into the overall corporate strategy, working across functionality with other business functions to contribute to the growth and development of the business.
We are looking for a sales and marketing professional to spearhead this challenging role within the company. He/she should be someone who has the passion for sales and/or marketing and the proven track record of success.
•The ideal candidate(s) should possess a tertiary education qualification (Diploma or degree) in marketing or business Administration, Chemistry or other related disciplines.
•The successful candidate will demonstrate a high level of success in B2B service capacity in the FMCG environment within the beauty/personal care/household industry or in general FMCG industry. To be considered for this role, you should previously have worked directly with contract/OEM manufacturing ,trading companies or manufacturing facilities.
•Strong product knowledge and ability to identify new business opportunities and target specific new partners.
•Strong ability to present the strengths/capabilities of the business to the new and existing partners.
•The candidate must demonstrate a high level of presentation and communication skills.
•Proficiency in English is a prerequisite and necessary to succeed in this role besides being conversant in BM and Mandarin/Chinese.
This position is permanent in nature and the remuneration package will consist of basic salary, traveling allowances and sales commissions.
