Our client is a group of established companies that are engaged in waste water treatment and filtration system. Currently they are seeking to recruit an experienced Branch Administrator to be based at business branch in Taman Perling in Johor Baru.
This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced and dynamic office administrator to manage the business operations at Branch level.
The job role
This is a permanent position reporting to Branch Manager.
•As the Branch Administrator, you will be responsible to manage the business operations and the day-to-day running of the Branch at Johor Baru.
•Attend to and provide administrative support to sales activities.
•Coordinate  the Branch's daily activities which include managing sales, liaising with Technicians for installation and repairs and servicing of water filtration  systems and equipment.
•Organize and manage the delivery of equipment to customers.  
•Prepare sales quotation and documents,delivery orders.
•Generate sales orders.
•Safe keeping and maintain records of the Branch's stock and to maintain optimum  stock level.
The person
•Female preferred; age 23-35.
•Minimum qualification: STPM or Diploma in Business or any other disciplines.
• At least 2-3 years of sales support role in any industry although those with similar or related industry will be highly desired.
•Matured with good communication skills, especially English and conversant in BM;ability to converse in Chinese/Mandarin will be an advantage.
•Computer literate.
•Must be able to work in Taman Perling in JB area.
