Our client, an established property development company is currently seeking to appoint an experienced Office Administrator to be based at their building management office at Klang area.

This is a junior role and will report to Property Manager. This role will act as the first point of contact and you will be seen as the all-rounder in the office. As Office Administrator, you will undertake a number of administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and scheduling meetings. You will also be required to manage fees and rental collection and coordinate on building property management activities and repairs.
Duties will include:
•Professionally answering the main office switch board number and taking taking messages.
•Attend to walk in customers/visitors.
•Receiving, sorting and composing daily mail including emails to the right departments.
•Supporting the mail room with courier requests and deliveries.
•Manage the collection of rentals and management fees.
•Assist in file management and administrative duties.
The ideal candidate should be a female in age group 21-30 with excellent interpersonal skills and a professional personal presentation. She must be a self-starter and use the initiative effective and an outgoing personality. The successful candidate should be some one with at least 1-3 years of previous office administration experience, ideally from building management environment. She must be strong in communication skills, fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia and advantageous if also proficient in Mandarin/Chinese.
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess minimum SPM/UEC or Certificate/Diploma qualification in any discipline with intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office. This position will be based at Bandar Bukit Tinggi in Klang.
