Our client is a Japanese multi-national company, a global RFID technology company operating in Malaysia for over two decades. They are seeking an enthusiastic and confident junior HR professional to take on the role of HR & Payroll Administrator to provide administration of HR portfolio for their 60+ staff/employees. This position will involve coordinating HR activities for the staff of 60 employees by planning and performing a variety of administration activities.
Duties & Responsibilities
•All generalist HR administration for a team of 60 employees.
•Manage payroll administration.
•Provide HR support across the business to all staff.
•Administer all new starters documentation and filing appropriately.
•Coordinate the HR calendar of events.
The successful candidate must possess the following:
•Malaysian female in age group 23-30.
•Possess a Diploma qualification in HR disciplines or Business Administration.
•2-3 years in HR generalist role.
•Experience in managing human resources functions and payroll portfolio.
•Excellent communication skills are a prerequisite.
•Proficient in spoken and written English and Mandarin plus conversant in BM.
•Outgoing, confident and articulate personality.
