Our client is a market leading manufacturer and supplier of traffic safety products and pavement coatings. Their manufacturing facilities are located at Air Hitam Industrial Estate at Bandar Parklands in Klang. Due to commercial expansion with business volume on the increase, they are looking to recruit an additional staff to assist in the administration of accounting and HR programs. This permanent position is a dual purpose role reporting to Manager of accounting and administration. This is an ideal role for some one looking for variety with previous experience within finance and general administration.
Job Scope & duties
Assist in accounting functions:
•Bank update and reconciliation.
•Closing on monthly,quarterly and yearly financial reports.
•Preparing cash flow forecast,monthly bank reconciliation.
Responsible in support of HR administration:
•Prepare annual training plan.
•Coordinate with third parties on training program.
•Update employee training and evaluation records.
•Diploma qualification in Book Keeping/Accounting or Business.
•At least 2 years of previous experience in similar role.
•Experience of working in a small to medium company environment.
•Good working knowledge of Excel.
•Proficient in English and BM.
