Chrisjac is recruiting on behalf of our client a Project Support Administrator to be based in Subang Jaya. Our client is a group of companies that engaged in design engineering and consultation in water and wastewater solutions for domestic, commercial and industrial applications.
•Responsible for purchase requisitions for material requirements for project.
•Liaise with branch offices, in preparation of Engineering stock,and generating transfer note.
•Manage and handle project billing, such as manually generated invoices, Delivery order, and progressive claims.
•Attend to scheduled preventive maintenance and follow up on Customer complaints.
•Schedule Technicians to perform scheduled preventive maintenance.
•Support the Project Manager on planning, deliverables and other project implementation activities.
•Develop and present project status reports and documentation.
•Candidate will possess at least Diploma qualification in Business or technical/engineering field.
•2 years of relevant experience in project administration and coordination role.
•Strong verbal and written communication skills.
