Chrisjac Recruitment are looking to recruit a junior HR Officer on behalf of our client in Seri Kembangan. Our client is an established high fashion retailing group of companies whose corporate head office is located at Lakefields, in the vicinity of The Mines in Seri Kembangan area.
Working hours are 9.30 am to 6.30 pm from Monday to Friday.
This a permanent role reporting to HR & Administration Manager.
As HR Officer, you will work closely with the HR Administration Manager to support the full spectrum of HR functions.
•Generally support the HR department with all administration duties and provide an all round secretarial support role to the HR Manager.
•Maintain accurate file-notes and regularly report updates to HR Manager.
•Identify and communicate to HR Manager all and any areas of concern relating to HR issues.
•Under the instruction of HR Manager, provide guidance and practical assistance to Line Managers in carrying out performance management tasks.
•Maintain accurate employee paper and computerised records in line with with current legislation and company policy.
We are looking for female candidate who are truly looking for HR role. In this instant, candidate must have experience supporting HR portfolio besides playing the secretarial support role. Candidate with motivation to go extra mile is required, along with a mature attitude in order to deal with the demand of this position. This role requires some one with a pro-active work attitude who can prioritise work load systematically.
The role requires some one with superior communication skills with a good command of English, both verbal and written. It is imperative you have highly developed computer skills and a high level of professionalism and enthusiasm in applying for this job. It goes without saying you are a team player, someone who is happy to go beyond and above, possess a mature and positive work attitude and have ability to multi-task.
Ideally you will have a passion for high fashion industry as this is integral to the role.
To be considered for this role, candidate should have prior experience supporting at senior management level ideally from retail industry. She will have professional personality and possess excellent communication skills. Proficiency with a good command of spoken and written English is mandatory while conversant in BM and Chinese/Mandarin is required.
