This organization is a group of companies with approximately 50 employees across three business venues and is currently going through a considerable growth and restructure. Their business activities mainly concentrated in Selangor with main business located at Port Klang area.
Chrisjac Recruitment is currently working with this firm to seek an experienced HR professional to manage the full HR functions of the organization.
This is a permanent full-time position which will be initially stationed at the corporate head office in Shah Alam for a period of one year before relocated to main business activity office in Port Klang area.

This is a executive position who would be reporting to Finance Manager. The purpose of this role is to provide a comprehensive and professional service in relation to all HR functions and payroll services. In fact, this role requires and experienced HR professional with the ability to work independently and under pressure and tight deadlines.
Responsibilities & Duties
•Manage day-to-day operations within the HR & Administration Department.
•Manage and responsible for the payroll administration,consisting approximately 50 staff across different business venues.
•Manage and coordinate all aspects of recruitment processes,including contract employment.
•Manage and advise on all employees legal issues including sickness absence, grievances ,disciplines.
•Manage the new starters, leavers and contract changes.
•Maintain accurate employee records in accordance with HR department requirements and in line with current legislation and company policy.
•Responsible in administering and coordinating HR services, including developing policies and programs covering employment, compensation and benefits administration.
We are looking for candidates with tertiary education qualification in HR disciplines or Business Administration and have minimum 3-5 years in similar role. In this instant, preferences will be Female candidate in age group 28-40.
Ideally, candidates will need to have experience in both payroll processing administration and have significant working experience related to HR portfolio, including employment contracts, sickness records, redundancy processes, new employee starters and leavers. Knowledge of current legislation relating to human resource management.
Previous work experience in construction related activities/industry would be a real advantage.
She must possess outstanding communication skills, verbal and written in English and conversant in BM.
