Our client is a well established reputable group of companies. Currently they are seeking to engage a well balanced HR candidate to be part of their team. This position of HR & Payroll Executive will be based at their corporate office in Klang. Their working hours: 8.30am-5.30 pm Monday-Friday.
The job
The purpose of this role is provide efficient HR support and services to the HR & Administration Manager in relation to HR functions and payroll services. This role will require you to work closely with senior HR and payroll team to ensure that HR/Payroll legal and statutory obligations are met.
Reporting to and work closely with the HR Manager, this role encompasses all employee levels within the organization. As the HR & Payroll Executive, your primary duties will be responsible for the general spectrum of HR, including payroll administration for approximately 250 head count.
You will also assist in administering and coordinating HR services,including developing policies and programs covering employment,compensation and benefits administration.
Job Requirements
We are looking for candidates with tertiary education qualification in HR disciplines or Business Administration and have some 1-3 years in  similar role. In this instant, preferences will be Female candidate in age group 26-35.
Ideally, candidates will need to have experience in both payroll processing administration and have some working experience related to HR portfolio, including employment contracts, sickness records, redundancy processes, new employee starters and leavers.
She must possess outstanding communication skills, verbal and written in English and conversant in BM and advantageous if also proficient in Chinese/Mandarin.
To be successful in this role, you must be flexible and able to deal with all levels of people  across the business.  
We shall consider candidates who aspire for this role may not have previous HR experience but must have a keen interest  in the HR career
