Our client is a leading international logistics distribution and supply chain business. With a vast worldwide network across five continents to serve cities globally, they are right now looking for a Documentation Officer to join their freight operations team at Kelana Jaya office.
This is a permanent role involving liaising with customers for all functions relating to shipping and land based logistics functions.
Job tasks will involve the following functions:
•Process all sea-freight import documentation accurately and within agreed time frame.
•Ensure all necessary documents are received from overseas offices to enable import shipments and clearance to take place.
•Notify customers of cargo and arrival details.
•Possess minimum Diploma qualification.
•Two to three years of work experience in managing documentation works, ideally in freight industry.
•Possess accurate data entry skills and attention to details.
•Intermediate/advance skills in MS Excel, Word and Outlook.
•Excellent communication skills verbal and written.
