Our client is a premier loyalty program management company. Among their clients international are renowned financial institutions (Banks) which include MasterCard,Visa as well as some large well known Corporates. Currently they are seeking additional Administration Operations Executive based at their corporate office at Petaling Jaya.
This role will predominately managing loyalty membership programs. The incumbent's responsibility could include ensuring Membership materials are processed, membership are renewed and administered efficiently and effectively. Key tasks will include orders, invoicing, new deal implementations and handling complaints.
This role is customer focus and would ideally suit someone already working within Account Management or Sales Support/Administration environment that is looking to develop their skills within an office Operations environment.
•Provide Operational Administrative support to the general office operations team.
•Process stock orders, following a good-practice Sales Order process.
•Manage the ordering and purchasing of relevant prizes for all member engagement programs.
•Assist in ensuring accounts are set-up, renewed and administered efficiently.
•Manage disputes and queries/complaints from clients to ensure that are processed and resolved within set time scales.
Person specifications & skills
•Female preferred; matured personality.
•Tertiary qualification in any disciplines although Business Administration, Marketing would be more relevant.
•Proven experience in administration of loyalty program and reward redemption would be ideal although not a must criterion to consider.
•Possess strong operational and administrative experience.
•High level of numeracy and computer literacy.
•Must be proficient and fluent in English communication skills.
