Our client is an established printing company located at Shah Alam. They are right now recruiting for a Customer Service & Sales Administrator who would provide support to the sales team in a number of essential tasks and duties.
The job role
In addition to assisting the activities of the sales team, you will be responsible for customer relationships including order entry, progress chasing, problem resolution and commercial support.
Responsibilities & Role will include:
•Processing of customer orders.
•Manage day-to-day customer enquiries regarding stock /delivery dates.
•Internal day-to-day administration on selected major accounts and independent customers.
•Fielding customer queries via telephone and correspondence.
Candidate skills required
•Female preferred; age 23-28.
•Educated up to Diploma/STPM level.
•2-3 years of relevant experience in sales support and customer service role.
•Excellent communication skills,both written and spoken.
•Good IT skills with experience in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
•Professional and positive attitude.
