HR & Payroll Officer

Our client belong to a group of companies that are engaged in water treatment engineering and green technology solutions. With their business growth, they are currently seeking to appoint a junior HR personnel to join their HR team.   
This is a permanent position which will be based at their corporate head office in Subang Jaya.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced full function payroll administration officer to stamp your mark and be instrumental to developing company policies and procedures in terms of general HR payroll and compensations.
About the job
This role will be reporting to Senior HR Executive within the organization. To be considered for this role, aspiring candidate will need to have full function experience with knowledge in payroll software within a medium size organization.
Role & Responsibilities:
• Responsible for processing the payroll, collating all information,entering into the Payroll system.
• Manage the new starters, leavers and contract changes.
• Maintain accurate employee records in accordance with HR department requirements and in line with current legislation and company policy.   
• Assist in monitoring relevant employees attendance,absence and performance data. 
• Maintain accurate files-notes and regular report updates.
• Identify and communicate to HR senior all new areas of concern relating to HR issues.
• Under the instructions of HR Executive, provide guidance and practical assistance to carry out performance management tasks, such as appraisals, disciplines.  

The Candidate
To be successful in this challenging role, you must possess the following traits:
• Malaysian, male or female preferably in age group 26-30.
• Diploma or degree qualification in HR disciplines or Business Administration.
• A good 2-3 years of HR and payroll experience.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with proficiency in English a prerequisite.
• Be willing to work in Subang Jaya area.
