Chrisjac are currently seeking a pleasant female candidate to take up the front desk position with a seasoned established logistics company in Kelana Jaya. This position role is required to be filled almost immediately. 

  • Position title: Receptionist/Front Desk Reception Assistant.
  • Salary: RM 1500-2000.
  • Work location: Kelana Jaya, PJ.

Job Requirements

  • Female age 23-35; pleasant and outgoing personality.
  • Minimum qualification: SPM or Diploma in any discipline.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to converse in fluent English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Computer literate with ability to use MS Word, Excel.

About the job as Front Desk Reception Assistant
The job scope and responsibilities will be:

  • Manage the front office activities which include:
  • To facilitate other duties such as message taking, posting, courier matters.
  • Receptionist of visitors/guests and document/goods dispatched to company.
  • Perform typing and other clerical duties.

To be considered for this role, candidates must ensure that she will be able to start work immediately in Kelana Jaya.
