Senior Accounts Executive-Retail

This is one of the most established leading retail group on international luxury fashion and lifestyle brands in Malaysia. With over 100 labels under its portfolio, they are one of the most recognizable brands in Malaysia. They are currently recruiting for a suitable accounting candidate(s) to join their finance team based at their corporate head office at Lakefields in Sungei Besi/Seri Kembangan area. The company's business operations hours are on a 5-day week basis, from 9.30 am-6.30 pm, Monday to Friday.     
In line with their business expansion in volume, Chrisjac is working closely with our client to search for an accounting qualified semi-professionals to take up the position of Senior Accounts Executive. This position will be based at their corporate office at Lakefields, which is in the vicinity of The Mines.
About the job
This is a permanent senior executive position where the incumbent will report to Finance Manager of the Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing full spectrum of accounting functions independently. She will be responsible on various accounting matters and prepare and review monthly and quarterly management reports.
The candidate must have exposed to the full end-to-end cycle of accounts payable process in addition to supporting of Accounts Receivable and Reconciliations. Duties will also involve processing high number of invoices and bank reconciliations and supplier statements reconciliation. 
About the candidate
We are looking for some one with at least 6-8 years of relevant experience to undertake this role. She should have full knowledge of full set of accounts with some some audit experience.
Candidates who will succeed to take up this role must possess minimum LCCI Third Level Diploma qualification Accounting or Bachelor degree in Accounting. Alternatively candidates with final part qualified ACCA or CIMA will be duly considered.
To be considered for this role, candidate must be proficient in English,spoken and written plus conversant in BM and Chinese/Mandarin.. In addition, candidates must be able and most importantly willing to be based at Lakefields area.
The reward/Remuneration
Our client will be offering attractive remuneration package for successful candidate. It will be between RM 4500-5500 commensurate with qualification and the experience.
