Our client has been in the business of supplying various steel and construction materials, particularly steel beams ad steel plates to the construction and property development company for over three decades in Malaysia. Today they have evolved to become one of the Malaysia's major steel traders and stockist specializing in structural steel products. Their main steel products are steel beams, plates, steel channels,angles and flats and pipes, round and deformed bars, sectional panels, purlins and wire products.
With their recent expansion in the business, the company are now looking to increase their sales team by adding a number of sales executives to their organization in Klang.
In this connection, Chrisjac acting as the recruitment partner are currently seeking suitable sales professional to market and sell a wide range of steel products to property and construction industry.
The ideal candidates for this role will have previous experience in the steel industry with a proven track record in sales. The principal responsibility of the sales professional will be to develop and execute sales strategies for the steel products. The incumbent will be required to actively develop business for target segments. He will be expected to negotiate, develop and expand business with existing and new business partners and be able to execute strong business terms and strategies towards businesses or end-users in the process.
We are looking for male candidates only to fill this role due to nature of the products.
Minimum 2-3 years of proven sales success in the steel industry or at least involved in sales in building materials industry.
Strong team player with the ability to to communicate well with the operation team, customers/business clients and suppliers.
Proficient in spoken and written English is a prerequisite with conversant in BM and Chinese/Mandarin.
Possess own vehicle with willingness and ability to travel.
