Our client is a group of companies engaged in financial & insurance and IT services activities.
Currently they are actively seeking an enthusiastic and confident HR Administrator to take on the role of HR & Training activities for the group of 300+ staff/employees. This position is permanent at executive level and will involve coordinating recruitment and training activities for the staff of 300 employees by planning and performing a variety of administration activities.
This role is permanent executive position within the organization,the main objective is to provide support in delivering and facilitating training and assessments of staff. This role will also require a good level of administration skills in carrying out and support in administering the training calendar and the training requirements.
As a senior member of the HR and Administration team, you will be mainly responsible for the administration and coordination of training and recruitment activities of the group.
Areas of responsibilities:
•Responsible for managing and coordinating full spectrum of staff training activities.
•Managing HR administration in recruitment activities.
•Responsible for corporate events and activities.
•Provide general administrative support within the administration department.
•Possess minimum a diploma qualification preferably in Business or HR Management.
•Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience in HR and training coordination and administration.
Excellent time management, planning and organizational skills.
•Excellent communication skills is essential.
•Proficient in English, BM and Mandarin.
