Chrisjac is currently seeking a Warehouse Administrator for our client who is an established distributor and trading of full range of canned fruits and vegetables in Malaysia.  This position will be based at Bandar Pinggiran Subang in Shah Alam.
Working hours for this role: 8.30am-5.30pm (Monday-Friday)

This is a full-time permanent position based at Warehouse in Bandar Pinggiran Subang in Shah Alam area. The role is primarily to help facilitate the smooth running of the warehouse operations. Supporting the operations activities at warehouse, the Administration Assistant is responsible for ensuring the accurate receipt of goods/cargo into and out the internal system according to customers specifications. Additional duties will include generating reports,cross checking information and general administration duties.
Role & Responsibilities:
Responsible for the warehouse operation activities.
Provide administrative support and management of record keeping activities of the warehouse.
Preparing,recording and ensuring proper filling of invoices,Delivery Orders,Credit notes and delivery documents.
Manage the flow of emails in and out for all warehouse activities.
Manage and control all the warehouse deliveries schedules,including control of movements of merchandise/goods from storage areas in the warehouse to the point of sales.
Monitor and assist loading and unloading of merchandise
Conduct physical inventories to determine losses and identify stocks for shipments.
Handle returns, labeling and other assigned warehouse tasks.
Requirements
Candidates who wish to be considered for this role should possess the following attributes:
•Minimum qualification: SPM or Diploma qualification
•Be able to demonstrate excellent literacy /numeracy skills.
•Have accurate and fast typing/data entry skills.
•Computer literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office(Word, Excel)
•Good communication skills with proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
•Have access to a reliable means of transport.
