Our client is an international freight forwarder and logistics service provider. They are recruiting for a Sea Freight Export Coordinator to join their sea freight team based at the business centre in Kelana Jaya.
Salary: RM 3000-4000.
As the Sea Freight Coordinator for export, your duties will be:
Responsible for producing high quality customer service to all customers,overseas partner/agents and suppliers.
You will be involved in ensuring all consignments are loaded on computer system prior to arrival/departure either by EDI or manual.
Maintain all files ensuring they are costed and invoiced prior to export,delivery or release.
Obtain relevant information from customers in order to complete Customs clearance,deliver or release of cargo.
The candidate
Female age 25-40.
Possess a Diploma qualification preferably in Logistics Management or Business.
A good 2-3 years of working experience within an Sea/Ocean freight export in freight forwarding industry.
Comfortable with Bill of Lading and Certificate of shipment.
Good communication skills in English.
